Last night I stayed up way too late. We are trying to land a new job building an application for a really cool guy in germany, and I was building out a prototype of an idea adjacent to his, just to show him something cool, but I had a bug keep getting in the way that I couldn't figure out. Fortunately a few hours of sleep brought the clarity to solve the problem and I was on my way this morning. It still sucked up a good chunk of my early day because I had to back track a bit.
After this it was back to polishing the sink some more, it is starting to really shine, and I am pleasantly optimistic about it all. I won't be able to fully let my breath out for a couple of weeks once the lime has really hardened, and I am running water on it for the first time, but we are getting there.
After this it was stripping drywall on the upstairs on the guest side. We have kinda been putting it off, and its been halfway done for a while, but it was pouring rain today, and that was a rainy day job. We got about 90% of it stripped, and we should be doing some prekkui tomorrow fingers crossed.
Speaking of tomorrow, there is a sheep dog contest at our friends sheep farm, and we will be going to check that out.
It was kind of a rainy, funny day, but we made the best of it and stepped forward.
