We were unsuccessful (so far) with our rock adventure yesterday. We got it out of the water, and up on the shore, and to the back of the car, but alas, we lacked both the strength, and the way, of getting that rock into the back of the car. We have made a plan, recruited some help, and we should have it secured tomorrow if all goes well.
Today I was putting the last shaping layer on the sink. All that is left is tadelakt then it is finially finished, atleast the plastering of it. I still have to hook up the drain pipe, but that should be quick and easy. So stoked for this to finially be wrapped up. Its been a bit longer of a project than I expected, but that is the way it goes.
We did some interior work, in pulling off some sheetrock, and opening up some walls, to do some cool stuff with the space. I will share some pictures once we get that idea finalized and built out. It really feels like we are picking up our pace around here, and things are coming together, I mean coming apart then coming together.
