Tuesday's are Tadok food delivery days. Always exciting to see what I ordered last week, and then forgot about.
Before it arrived tho, I got to painting one of the posts out front. It was a bit of an adventure trying to match the right color that I wanted, because the green we bought, is way too green, but I had bought a kinda warm whitish grey, that I was going to cut together to get matcha. I kept cutting, and tweaking, and then mixing other acrylic colors, and after about 4 coats on the post, I ended up with the blue from our logo, so that was that.
After the food delivery, we took a sprint to Minamifurano to check out Montbell, and to get lunch. It was just Akira and I and we had a good ol time of it.
Then back to Tomamu, where I proceeded to spend the next 3ish hours, working on the sink, and I am stoked to say, that we are finially getting somewhere. I forsee probably one more rough layer, then a couple layers with smoother sand, before we can finially get into tadelakting that bad boy.
We head to shintoku for dinner and had gengis khan, and that was a good change of pace. Now back home with way too full of a belly, but I did it to myself.
Tomorrow should be a sick day, and I am stoked to send the sink and start to finish this up.
